demanding yoga workout using the concept of continuous motion and
balance connected by breath. Well-designed sequences of postures tone
the entire body. It will be a good work out plus total relaxation
at the end.

Yoga poses
are carefully selected for the health of your back, shoulders and
knees. Guided imagery and visualization taught in this workshop can
be practiced at home to achieve physical and emotional wellness.
